The exercise suggestion feature is good based on past workouts and muscle recovery. There should also be flexibility to edit past workouts if you missed adding an exercise.

Beware
Make sure you know before you buy that it's not a month to month subscription but annual of $79.99 paid at once. They misled me by stating a monthly price and than charged me an annual fee. Fitbod timer only works when you are looking at your watch face. Once you put your hand down it stops counting down. It's better to count your reps and sets the old fashioned way because this app I crap and is not worth your money.

Great for beginners and a good way to track. But has very basic flaws that should have been fixed a while ago. - No way to change the date of a workout or log on past day. So if you forget to "end" a workout you have to write it all down, delete it, then redo it on the right day. - Missing some basic machines/moves. - Has begun rounding weights entered when workouts are logged. 17.5 pounds is not 18 pounds. - Customer service is delayed or nonexistent. - Locks out rest of app when in workout

Android version has been improved causing me to resubscribe. Biggest problems still: -can't copy workouts from the log. You can only load saved workouts. But it wont allow you to overwrite a saved workout by naming it the same thing. -cant build a superset once the workout is started

App crashed after trying to save a workout
Recently the screen would freeze after I tried to finish/save my workout. It is a very disappointing experience for paid users.

Deceptively not a free app. 3 workout logs before mandatory subscription required. This information and 'trial' limitation is not made clear upfront, I only found out through subtext on another page. In-app purchases should be supplementary add on payments, otherwise it's just a way to hide costs. I should not need to put in personal details prior to learning the real cost of your service. Remedy? Either make it paid upfront, or clearly identify the trial period to customers and the limitations.

Great App for Tracking and Accountability
Good day! First off, I'm not just saying this to say it, but I've never been a fan of reviews, so here we are. This app has significantly improved my overall progress and workout monitoring! I appreciate having a variety of options for choosing muscle splits and for displaying which muscles have recovered to what percentage. This feature is really great. Since I started using this app, I have been working out five days a week and have a better schedule for each day (2 months in). Now, let's move on to the areas that I want improvement. There is currently no way to review your workouts from the previous month, which is something I truly wish you could do. You can no longer assess the previous month after it has passed. Also I would like the ability to add or suggest workouts to be added to the app, I would also like the opportunity to add remarks to any of your sessions. Overall, the app and execution are solid, but some changes or additions are needed.

This is my second year of membership. Totally worth it. I hope for an update that includes a weight calculator so I don't have to use a different app in the middle of my workout to see what plates I need to add or take off. It would be 5 stars for me if they added that feature.
