Worst customer service I've ever had in my life. Their bots don't help at all. My scanner stopped working overnight in less than 2 months. A thousand and one emails to try to help me and the response was always the same, even when I asked to validate my guarantee. It is not worth spending your time and money. First time I give a bad opinion on a product and they have more than deserved it.

Paid full price and still haven't received my item. They also charged me $70 for their premium app. Can't even use it until I get my scanner.

The only thing that this program can do is show an error code, that's all. Almost all functions are for the next subscription, it's not enough for the developers that you bought their obd adapter. Checking the history of the car on a paid subscription, but if you try to do this, the program will redirect you to a free site, where there is almost 0 information, how do you like that? The sensor can only go to the number of revolutions, speed and engine load, wow, it's so unusual🤦
