I wanted to drive from Quedlinburg to Leipzig, but the app doesn't show me any connections. It is always there (no matter what day), no connection found. Perhaps, as in the beginning, you should be able to fall back on bus departure schedules.

This app is not working properly. It gives an error when booking while deducting money from my account. When trying to make another booking, it randomly just changed the dates. What a nightmare trying to make a booking on this app

Trip delayed by an hour, reported late, from milan sesto San Giovanni to zurich, departure at 16:10, at 19:39, we are still traveling and without even having made a stop for a cigarette or a coffee, stretch our legs etc .. It is not normal, because of delays, to keep people inside a bus for more than 4 hours without a stop, shameful

There is no oral connection from the word "At all". No connection with the driver or communication with the support service.But most of all killed by the latest experience with this company. I ordered a move from Bari to Rome. He chose Bari Rimini by mistake (he mistook him for Rim Termini). Tried to cancel or get a voucher but after spending the whole evening and could not contact the support service and choosing on the site "manage your trip" and "cancel the launch" received an error. In Ittge I booked another trip to Rome and paid for 2 trips.
