Unreliable. This is the 3rd time, I have to contact flybuys to add points after promotion period ends. Otherwise, points are not added automatically after the period end.

Physical card to redeem $ fail
After having to sign in multiple times I also have to bring the physical card into the store to redeem $! I've been paying using my phone for years! Much less convenient that Woolworths. They just ask if you'd like to redeem your rewards and you don't have to do anything but scan your loyalty card (on your phone!)

Redeeming points is unnecessarily complex. The app would be better with some good instructions. Hasn't been an improvement on the paper.

Sick of the cheating!
So many times I would activate offers directly from the emails, only to discover a day later at the register, the offer still not activated. Obviously a programmed behaviour to minimise liability

How has this app not been fixed in the 6+ plus months I've had it installed after countless updates? No matter what device I use it says connection error when I try to sign in.

Still need the physical card to redeem points; the app regularly needs re-authentication so it's rarely ready for use at POS.

has problem working with Firefox in changing settings. had to go through chrome.

Handy app, but boy it's annoying. Instead of dumping a batch of weekly offers it pushes them out in dribs and drabs. Five here, one there another couple here. Nearly everyday there's a new push notification. There's no consistency to it. Basically, you have to check the app before any purchase in case they've released more offers. Holidays, health insurance, utilities, fuel offers, coffee others - I've disabled so many notifications yet they still slip through.
