Instant transfers not instant ?!?
When I try to do an instant transfer why is it not instant?? Highly annoying when I need to buy food for my kids and you guys don't wanna drop my funds until the next day when I specifically selected INSTANT TRANSFER ! I don't like how y'all hold Up my money

I can't transfer money to my wife's account or vise versa. We have enough funds but it says we don't. FIX THIS ISSUE NOW!

Not happy!
I don't even have the option to use digital check deposit! I am not happy and all and I am really thinking of switching banks. This is so frustrating!

Both the app and the bank itself are utter rubbish! Do not expect real-time alerts because there are none whatsoever. The app barely works, and their supposed "updates" aren't even worth it. The namesake does NOT match how it is supposed to be. Do not download this app or even use their services! I recommend other banking institutions.

It takes money to long to transfer into my account. Especially when they are charging me 1.22 for transferring 70 into my bank account instantly. Stil takes over an hour.
