Wheel has serious flaws

You really, really need to work on your app. I can't keep count of the number of instances the app freezes and is no responsive when trying to spin. Close down the app and apparently there is a registered spin. And, probably the most frustrating, sometimes the wheel stops abruptly on a prize whereas other times it slows down very slow. I even know someone who said their wheel literally stopped on btc and then jittered away. There needs to be consistency in the Wheel spin. Match the spin to your algorithm otherwise the experience seems so fake. Come on, this is your entire unique selling proposition. Also love that I started a year membership and now the terms changed for what I buy. Now I lose money. Not worth it unless you are higher SES.

Getting worse and worse.

Early adopter here. They've done nothing but consistently remove and reduce rewards overtime. Raising fees for deposits, reducing rewards for gift cards limiting instant deposits, now removing instant deposits, capping, reward, amounts, etc..

Worst ever. Signed up, got approved. A few days into it I couldn't log in even though the security code I was receiving and inputting was correct. Emailed support and had to submit documents to prove my identity, which I did, now it's been over 2 weeks and no one will reply to my emails, no approval, not one reply. This institution is a joke.

Not that great of an experience. I was able to transfer money in and make a purchase, but it seems like a big gimmick. Do all the spins land on 1% 0.5% or 0.75%? I rerolled 5 times and never even made back what the 1.5% fee was for transfering the money in the first place. I will give it a chance though maybe the daily spins will make it worthwhile.

No Customer Support Telephone

Due to some drama with payment systems nationwide, I was not able to receive support at a time of need. The only method of contact Fold Support is via email. Email isn't supportive during an emergency. I learned my lesson and removed direct deposit for this card for that reason. Stick to traditional banks for direct deposit, and calculate your deposits and purchases to maximize your BTC back with Fold. With inflation, there's a false barometer of how much we're earning. It's less and less with every passing day. The house always wins.
