Terrible

I ordered a Christmas ornament as a gift and never received it or any explanation of why. I wrote to customer service on January 18th. I did not receive a refund or response till February 8th. Terrible customer service.

Not good customer service when I had conversations with them we just close our conversation without our conversation being over and then at one point somebody tried to direct me to another app that's not even available in this country and AD popped up on your print free gifts. I thought the cards would be part of the gifts but obviously not so I'm erasing all of your apps that I just downloaded. Your customer service sucks talk to three different people who could not answer any questions.
