App’s been broken ever since I installed the most recent update

Every time I try to start it up I get an error page. When I click the “submit feedback” button, I get an error popup. The app's been in need of work for a long time, but now it's entirely non-functional. I give it one star because the App Store won't let me rate this app zero stars.

Your app is busted can't sign in and when I ask for a password reset it never sends I habe to use a pc just to reset and be able to sign in on my account

Garbage app

Can't sign in, always says something is wrong. Can't search anything. Nothing ever populates. It's not too much to ask for a functional app.

Fraudulent Pre-orders

They offer great deals on pre-orders but cannot deliver the product even when you can get it sooner from the manufacturer. Avoid pre-ordering anything with Game Stop. Just do a Google search on this issue and you will see what is happening not just to me but many other GS customers.
