Lost all charts

Very little help with tech support or anyone. Had to repurchase all my charts again. I still love your app. I've used it to navigate the whole east coast and Caribbean islands. I feel is more accurate and helpful than any other navigational aid. I have Garmin on board the boat, but I refer to active captain first as it has a ring I need just don't like having to pay twice for charts.

App is almost worthless

Garmin needs to go back to the drawing board. Unable to update my charts through the active captain app. My device says onechart is good, but it does not match my mobile phone app. The active captain won't syn the map layers.

Struggling like you would not believe

Watched a dozen videos , spent 20hours spoke to three people spent £300 on maps another £900 on fish finder and still cannot transfer relief shading from phone to device

Doesn't support all the functionality and purchases of new charts, example tried to get relief shading but never showed up on the mobile app and won't update my gpsmaps 1243 xsv.This is a Android App issue! Come on Garmin!

Active Captain seems to be dying

I am a full-time cruiser and a longtime AC user. Information on the platform is badly out of date. Info on many anchorages, marinas and hazards are 10 to 12 years old. Bad info, especially about hazards, puts boaters at risk. Many people who've gotten into boating since Garmin acquired the platform don't know AC exists. Garmin needs to promote the app much more robustly and encourage users to update data. Or the company needs to sell the app to an entity willing to do that.

Every time I open a chart, I'm reminded to buy a map. So when I bought it, the fish search was not adapted, so I threw it away for about 19,000 yen.
