The whole freaking point of having cameras is to be able to view them when you're not home!!! Yet any time I'm not home and try to check my cameras without wifi they sit there and load and load and load and load and won't actually open my cameras! What's the point?!

Smart Pet Feeder is Garbage

If I could give zero stars I would. Spent 3 hours just trying to get the stupid thing to connect to the network. It finally showed up in my ISP's app and showed it connected to the network, but the device itself would never proceed past the adding device step in the product app. Oh, and really sweet was the fact that my WiFi name was TOO LONG!!! Not the password, the name of the network! I had to change it just to get it to go through the pairing function. That in turn meant I had to re-join 20+ other WiFi devices all to the network again. (Don't worry I know it's a lot but we run over a GB consistently). The camera function to scan the QR code is trash, sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't and you constantly have to refresh the page until finally the machine likes what it sees. We are returning this product. Like all products these days they say “Don't return! Let us help!” Well maybe make something that connects to the flipping internet first, then I might try to contact you for support with the product.

This app works fine, but it causes my screen to stay on during calls. It seems like it's affecting the proximity sensor. If I force stop the app, the proximity sensor will start working again.

It's is to hard to set up the website won't help either live chat my butt it a robot but yet they care about there costerms again if thay cared thay would be there to help just saying It would be easier to just hire someone to watch your house for you I'll be sending all of them back for sure

All my cameras glitch.. if something happens and I tried to watch the cameras over they glitch to where I can't see what I wanted to see..

Awful customer service. I've emailed this company every month for the last four months to cancel my subscription and for the last four months, no one has responded to do so. The app & camera are buggy and unreliable. I highly recommend going elsewhere.
