I can't download it because my iPhone is old and there's no other way to use the app. So I am going to lose my discount because of the the app

Not great service
They treated my unkindly when I asked them to extend me one way for a payment and the online service was lousy they told me I had to call on a certain date or my insurance would be cancelled so I finally called and the woman on the phone was nice but I don't like being treated like a criminal for paying a bill one day late I dislike that treatment immensely!!

Face id does not work first time
Does your mobile developers knows that FaveId doesn't works first time.. Kill the app and then it starts working. After login Go Drive Home tap does not work. Wait for 15 seconds then it works. Indy team poor development.

watch out for double billing your account...2nd edit, 2/2023, NO PHONE NUMBER AVAILABLE FOR STRANDED MOTORIST HELP. Worst experience unable to get STRANDED MOTORIST HELP. Had to find my own help as The app couldn't get my area nor any phone numbers to call.GEICO WILL LEAVE YOU STRANDED. And blame you or the app because Geico refuses to provide true service. NEVER count on Geico.
