It is very good could be better
It quite reliable but sometimes scheduling a pick up has left me hanging. Delayed confirmation of pickup or no confirmation at all. Had to go through the app chat (telephone call center was unable to answer) to confirm that somebody was fulfilling the pickup. A little hectic if you're on your way to the airport!

They scam people all the time and is over priced I too a taxi to Jerusalem from my house was 400 shekels, then later took one back at night when it's supposed to be the most expensive and it was less then 200 shekels and when I messaged them about it they where not helpful at all. Never using this app again.

The app does not clearly disclose either the "service fee" or the amount of a "high demand fee" before the booking is made. I have already complained to Gett directly and they have refused to refund either fee. The app is extremely misleading and is much more expensive than hailing a black cab or using uber.

Horrible for Israel
Honestly one of the worst services in Israel. On an ordinary day, not late, not early in the morning, you can wait for 30 min for the app to find a ride, and then for 15 minutes for the driver to arrive.

Deceptive rip off
This app used to be good but now warns „high demand“ without specifying if your area is affected. They will stick you with £25 „technology“ surcharge which required multiple clicks to discover. They manage to be completely unethical while staying (barely) legal. Customer service is non existen, only try to wait you out. Check your bills for „ technology charges“ that turn a ride metered at £10 into a £38 bill. 🤬

Warning: Hidden costs
I've used this app twice now and with no mention of any extra fees during the booking process I've been lumped with an extra technology fee at a cost of £11 on first trip and £9 on second trip. I only just realised and thought it best to warn other potential users... I've contacted customer service who are simply just, ‘computer says no'. Deleting app never to use again.

Excellent service but not enough drivers
Gett is vital for getting around the city. I use it often. Drivers are professional and cars are comfortable. My only issue is that often there are no drivers available and I must forgo using the app and turn to another form of transportation. A shame.

The worst
I would give it less if I could the amount of times I was scammed and scared for my life riding with some of these drivers is unbelievable. Costumer service is basically non existent and it's impossible to get a refund. Don't use this app!!!!!
