Payment process is not accurate
Application has not got checkout process, somehow after I booked my first event then added my payment method information and I went back to the event information and ended up with and extra reservation, now since the event has no cancellation policy I have an useful reservation

Never again will I purchase tickets through this app. Lost $109 because of unforeseen weather conditions and traffic so Inwas unable to make it to my destination and this company couldn't help me reschedule for the next day. Absolutely ridiculous. Waste of money.

Absolutely atrocious. We accidentally purchased two time slots in the same day. But instead of refunding me one of those time slots. They simply told us "it's nonrefundable". There is zero reason to use GetYourGuide especially when you can just buy directly from the providers instead. This is a low grade provider who needs to revisit their Customer Support

The more I use this service and their app, the less I like it. If you, by chance, have booked a tour here, be prepared to download the absolutely useless app to get your voucher. But don't get relaxed! The app won't show you your booking, so you'll get some useless codes just to be sent for their help center. I had a lot of problems with payment and getting voucher, and I was really happy with GYG some years ago. But all the good sometimes ends. As my patience, for example.

Totally ridiculous people. Someone hacked our userid. Then we complained because My and my friends card was saved in the account. We got refunded timely but then they blocked our getyourguide account as if it's our fault. I will definitely choose other application not this one based on how they manage things. 2 star because my previous trips with them was pleasant enough.

Louvre Tickets
Vote completely against. I had booked 2 tickets to the Louvre in February. On the same day I am notified of a strike. I therefore request a refund but to date I have not yet received it and almost a month has passed. You are SCANDALOUS and not honest. I will advise anyone to call them "services"
