I recently bought Nike airvapor max plus ‘ white platinum', I was very excited since the shoe themselves are very great. I always do standard shipping for the GOAT verification. With any other shoes I've bought I never had an issue, always received great shoes( clean, never USED!, and as described *condition wise). When purchasing the shoes they were described as good condition,NOT USED ,etc When opening the box I noticed a huge discoloration on the left side, as I looked under a brighter light one shoe was a beige/brown color almost as if the seller tried to wash them after drowning them in mud! Didn't even consider using bleach. As furious as I was I asked another friend if they also see the discoloration to double check to make sure I wasn't going crazy. And of course they confirm that the seller did in fact probably use them due to the sole being slightly dirty and most likely stained the shoe. This only made me not want to buy again! Very disappointed. I recommended goat to many friends who are getting into shoes but now I'm recommending to not buy from GOAT. The seller should be banned from selling any shoes, it was no mistake they made, they new what they were selling and still continued to ship it. Didn't consider they were going to waste someone's hard earned money.

All of my recent purchases on this app are coming from Italy, with little to no status update for weeks. The first time I need some yeezy slides for a vacation, I gave them two weeks being that they are basic I would expect them under two weeks. They arrived arrived a little less than a month. I ordered some AF1's that bricked, over two weeks ago, still haven't been authenticated. It's only showing that the process started in Italy. If I want a refund, they make it extremely difficult. I sell sneakers on this app and know there is a limited time to ship the sneaker, so why would it take so long to receive the product? It's a rhetorical question because there is no customer service that can answer this for me. Either way, I read another review of a customer saying they were trying to ship them reps and I suspect something sketch is going on as of recently. Also, sometimes I am billed from Flight Club when I order on goat, and FC has definitely sold me reps before. Just watch out.

Bought a pair of bred toe 2018. From bad stitching to paint tubing off on Ds on the parchment. These shoes had a few small one offs, but to be defended as real was disappointing. Thankfully I did get a partial refund, but now I am nervous about getting shoes off this app now. The partial refund was only off by 5$ so it wasn't the worse but still a little annoying.

Worst customer service Worst app ever regret buying my yeezy slides and boost 700 wave runner Wave runner : seller never shipped after waiting 7 freaking days , i was waiting for them sense i'm traveling overseas so i had to email the customer service that they never had a number for active sales at least.. stay away!!! Slides: they didn't fit as expected so i had to deal with some stupid chat robot to be able to make a return (had to pay for label) and now they received the slides but apparently they need couple of more day to confirm the slides are in the same condition as they were sent at the beginning, super stupid and slow service stay away!!

App needs an update. Continuously gets stuck on "robot identification",continuously freezes. Can't go back to where I started have to start completely over. This app sucks but I'm sticking by it😂😂 UPDATE PLEASE

I love Goat but my one hang up is not being able to purchase more than one sneaker at a time. I don't see no feature to where I can place items in a cart and that's crazy to make multiple purchases at a time.

You shouldn't be charged a fee for moving your money into your own bank account, especially after already paying GOAT other fees.

I don't like how I cant select multiple sneakers to check out. Y'all need to change that!
