Flaws

It does it's job. As does the website. I am not able to add my card to Apple wallet/ pay I am not able to replace a broken card without canceling and waiting for a new one . The apps simple and clean. Please add modern features most competitors supply. My card isn't lost , the barcodes just not scanning . Why do I have to suffer because of something so silly ?

The app has no tech support. If you call the number on the card for tech support it tell you to write to another place and allow them time to answer you. Needles to say help never came.

Needs to show not just purchase amount but also remaining balance after each purchase, just like any financial institution. Also, when transferring funds to another bank it really should NOT be such a huge security process. If all the info is already saved than it should be an easy process. It fails to recognize my answers and there is absolutely NO live person to speak to for help. Having to drive to withdraw & drive to my bank to deposit, becoming ridiculous. PLEASE make app user friendly.

I always get my child support before no later than the 60 with this card it goes up to almost the 8th so I need a Nike catch up on pain stuff
